Strategic planning is an organizational management activity that Promotions West uses to set priorities, focus energy and resources and strengthen operations. It also ensures that employees and stakeholders are working together to reach a common goal. We lead participants through activities to help develop the organization’s vision, mission statement and values. We gather and analyse information collected from surveys, round table discussions and key informant interviews that leads to formulating strategies. Once all the stages have been completed, the road map is easy to follow.
